OLD TOWN ALEXANDRIA
Take the Yellow or Blue line to King Street Metro station. Click for Metro map and schedule.
Head east towards the Potomac River, along King Street and the side streets to visit Handcrafted Alexandria shops in Old Town Alexandria.
Free King Street Trolley: From 11:30am to 10pm daily, the trolley runs between the King Street Metro station and North Union Street. The trolley stops along King Street so visitors can hop on and off along Old Town Alexandria's main thoroughfare. Click here for more information.
DELRAY
The closest metro station to Del Ray is the Braddock Road Metro Station, one stop up from the King Street Metro station on the Yellow or Blue line. The Metro station is located about a mile from the heart of Del Ray.

OLD TOWN ALEXANDRIA
From Washington, D.C. or Arlington, Virginia:
Take the G.W. Parkway south past Reagan National Airport to Alexandria. Turn left onto Queen Street to reach lower King Street area shops. Turn right onto King Street for access to upper King Street area shops.
From Fairfax, McLean, Virginia or Montgomery County, Maryland:
Take I-495/Capitol Beltway South to Exit 177, Route 1 North toward Old Town Alexandria. Merge onto S Patrick St/US-1 N. Go 6 blocks, turn onto King Street for access to Handcrafted Alexandria shops on King Street and the side streets.
From National Harbor and Prince George’s County, Maryland:
Take the I-495/I-95 Capital Beltway South across the Woodrow Wilson Bridge. Immediately after crossing the bridge, take Exit 177B, Route 1 North toward Old Town Alexandria. Merge onto S Patrick St/US-1 N. Go 6 blocks, turn onto on King Street for access to Handcrafted Alexandria shops on King Street and the side streets.
DELRAY
From Old Town Alexandria, head north on Patrick Street/Route 1. Remain on Route 1 North for 1.5 miles. Turn left on East Raymond Avenue. Turn left on Mount Vernon Avenue to visit Del Ray Artisans.

Visitor Parking Pass
Free 24-hour parking proclamations are available at the Alexandria Visitors Center at Ramsay House, 221 King St. Passes are valid at two-hour metered spaces and available to non-Alexandria residents. License plate information and driver’s license required. The proclamation may be renewed once.
Street & Garage Parking
Street parking is available in most areas of Alexandria. Visitor parking in residential areas of Old Town is restricted to two or three hours. Metered parking is limited to two hours. Parking regulations are strictly enforced.
Visitors may also choose to park at one of the many affordable parking garages located in Old Town Alexandria.
DELRAY
Free two hour parking is available along Mount Vernon Avenue in Del Ray.
